Privacy statement Eendracht for publication
On May 25th 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) law has become effective. As a result of this, we, V.O.F. ZS Eendracht, established in Vissersdijk 64 1601 LR Enkhuizen, The Netherlands, developed policies, drafted protocols and taken a number of measures with which we hope the data you have provided us is even better secured for now and in the future. If you have any questions or if you are curious about the protocols we have set up or if you have any complaints about how we handle your personal data, we will off course be pleased to hear from you. You can contact us at any time by e-mail to email@example.com or you can call us at 0031 (0)6 57 040 098. Complaints can also be submitted to the Dutch Authority Personal Data. This is the supervisory authority in the field of privacy protection. In the continuation of this statement we explain how we handle your personal data and what we do to secure it.
There are two reasons why we process your data. The first and foremost reason is the drafting of a quotation and/or a rental agreement for the hiring of our ship. The second reason is to inform you, with your permission, about the developments on and around the V.O.F. ZS Eendracht. Think of a (digital) newsletter, brochure or invitation and a Christmas or Valentine’s Day card. If you do not want to provide your information, it is unfortunately very difficult to be of service to you.
You are entitled to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time. Of course you also have the right to inspect, correct or delete the data we have received from you.
We use the following principles;
- We collect as little data as possible from you and
- We keep your data as short as possible and certainly no longer than the statutory deadline.
Information that we have received from you is in principle not provided to third parties. In some situations it is necessary for us to provide your data to third parties. We do this only if we have made the necessary arrangements with these parties to ensure the security of your personal data. These agreements are laid down I a so-called processing contract.
There are two internationally operating organisations, with which the V.O.F. ZS Eendracht has concluded a processing contract. These are Google Inc. and Mailchimp (registered trade name of The Rocket Science Group). Further parties with which the V.O.F. ZS Eendracht has a processing contract are the accountant for the administration, the printing office for advertising and the website manager for our online brochure. A list of these processors can be requested via firstname.lastname@example.org.
In some cases we receive personal data from other organisations. This is not data from public sources, but data originating from so-called resellers/travel agencies.
V.O.F. ZS Eendracht does not use automated decision making involving personal data.
